This was a big hit. I did make a change, though. I doubled the recipe, spread the beef mixture into the 9x13 pan and then covered with the sauce.

Very good. The cream sauce had the flavor of a boxed pasta mix, but without the "junk".

My husband hates the smell of curry, but LOVED this dish. It was also fast and easy to throw together. I might add some peas the next time to round it out a bit.

Similar to what I've made in the past, but adding the soda made it a bit different. The kids loved it and used the leftovers in tortillas the next day.
