originalSun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, tomato, garlic, catfish fillet, fresh spinach, and salt and pepper. In 2 cookbooks-
My fish will not cook all the way! It's been in the pan over medium heat for at least 15 minutes now and instead of flaking it's just falling apart into yucky pieces of mush. :(
-
Oh, how disappointing. I was really looking forward to this one. What didn't stick to the pan seemed to never cook all the way through. I used swai instead of catfish because it was cheaper and I thought they were similar enough to be able to substitute. Maybe that was my mistake. I also tried turning the fish because I thought that would help it cook, but that's when it started falling apart. We ended up getting a pizza for dinner. Did I mess it all up or what??

Those sound like great tips. My non-stick pan probably was too small, so if I do ever get brave enough to try this again, I'll most likely bake it as you directed. Thank so much for the advice! Knowing those things will probably help me with other recipes in the future, too. :)

Balsamic vinegar? I didn't see that in the ingredients when I made this. It turned out great, though. EVERYONE in my family loved t and wanted seconds! I served it with the basil burgers and try paired very nicely together.

I saw people commenting about it and it confused me because I didn't see it in the ingredients. I wasn't sure if I missed something.

One of my burgers fell apart when I was takin it off the grill. Should I try adding an egg next time? Otherwise these were very easy and delicious! I served them without buns for a low-carb entree. We topped the burgers with provolone cheese and served with marinated tomato salad on the side. Everyone, even the kids, lived the whole meal and were asking for seconds!

Garlic? I see it in the directions, but not the ingredients. Did I miss it?

'Nother question...The ingredients say 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, then the directions say to add 1/4 cup of the cheese in step 3, then sprinkle with the remaining cheese in step 3. How much cheese should there be in step 3, and thus total in the ingredients? I'm just going to guess for step 3 this time and I'm sure it will be fine.. :)

I love this dish and have made it a few times, but something that keeps getting me at the grocery store is that the ingredients list says sliced onions and I always forget until I'm cooking that that's supposed to be GREEN onions. I should know this by now, but I forget. Maybe you guys could fix it? :)
