Perfect recipe for leftovers! We had 2/3 of a Philly cheesesteak and some fries from a restaurant dinner we couldn't finish. Chopped it all up, added a chopped tomato and more cheese...Voila! You could do it with practically anything, just use your imagination and don't let those leftovers go to waste!

Delicious! Loved this one too. Served it with simple roasted zucchini and cherry tomatoes. Looked pretty on our white plates. A good meal for company! Super easy to prepare ahead of time and just pop in the oven when it's time to eat.

Wonderful dinner!!! We can't rave enough about it. I didn't have fresh parmesan so I used regular Kraft stuff. Also out of dried basel so I chopped some fresh. I also used little cocktail shrimp and pre-cooked bacon. Several hours prior to dinner I marinated it all in a ziplock bag (it took about 5 minutes to prepare). About 40 minutes before we ate I preheated the oven, and then prepared my side dish. Cut 4 tomatoes in half, put a little olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, parmesan, herbs (herbs de provence or oregano), and popped them in the oven. While that was cooking I quickly wrapped 2 or 3 shrimp in the bacon and put a plop of bbq sauce on top of each. I put that in the oven 25 minutes into the tomatoes cooking. 10 minutes later we had a wonderful dinner that was light but filling! This is a once a week meal...yummy
