This is YUMMY and the reason I did not put like amounts on the panko or the seasoning or filets is because it just depends on how many you are making. I will say that one box of panko was plenty and did 12 filets for us and still had some left also here is a link to the panko bread crumbs so you know what they look like

Here is an easier idea I just tried it and it worked great you highlight from ingredients down to the end of the cooking directions right click on copy then open word document and paste you can put the name of the recipe at the top and then print it took like literally less than 30 sec...
