Does anybody have any favorite vegetable side dishes to recommend? I usually just steam green beans or asparagus and would like to add a little variety.

I love a dish smokesauges on grlic bread with onions peppers spinach tomatoes and cheese cook every thing in skilet ,toast garlic bread than put vegs and sausage on bread add cheese an but under brolier .watch don't burn very good.
