    • Try Sausage Posole. You brown sausage and dump in the rest. Even the seasoning measures are just a guideline. If you like chili even a little, you will love this. We like chili okay but this is a HUGE hit at our house. It is so easy when you need a crockpot meal and little to no prep time.

    Can crushed tomatoes, can diced tomatoes, chicken stock, black beans, golden hominy, garbanzo beans, hashbrown potato, chili powder, garlic, cumin, salt and pepper, and pork sausage.

    • This is a GREAT place to use up meat that was tough in the first meal. It will soften right up after cooking all day.
