I just made this recipe and it is excellent! Even my non-fish eating boyfriend loved it. I must note that fresh squeezed lemon juice is a must and if you have fresh parsley use it over the dried. The brightness in this dish explodes in your mouth if you use these key ingredients fresh.

Super yummy and super easy. My picky 4 year old even liked this although I went lighter on the broccoli and sausage in his. We used aged provolone which had a bit too pungent of a flavor. May try sliced mozzarella next time. Definitely a keeper for week night dinner.
