I just tried the Barbeque Beef Casserole and it was great! Will this casserole freeze and reheat okay? Should I freeze it before or after I bake it? I'm open to any other suggetions for make-ah...

Thanks for the par-bake tip. I also just learned that when making lasagna for the freezer, you don't have to cook the noodles first, and you can just use the regular lasagna noodles. The noodles will cook with the moisture in the dish. Just add a quarter cup water or an extra can of diced tomatoes. I'll be trying this dish next week.

My favorite additions to burgers are hummus (instead of mayo/mustard), horseradish sandwich spread, and mediterranian tzatziki sauce. So flavorful you can skip the cheese.

Kale is a new favorite of mine. Sauteed with garlic and olive oil, chopped in soup with sausage and navy beans, in fresh salad mix. I also use spinach and greens for my tacos instead of lettuce. Kolrabi is great too; texture of a turnip with a sweet brocolli flavor.

Issue: When in 'edit' mode in my recipe (clicked the little yellow pencil), the keyboard arrow keys close the window. I was trying to edit a bell peppper into a poblano, and the left/right arrow keys do not move the cursor as expected.
