I made this last night using boneless breasts & it was terrible. I'll give it another chance & use the thighs. I was thinking of using the juice/broth (which was very flavorful) to make a gravy. But the breasts were totally dry and barely edible. :( ~Jen~

I made this tonight with a delicious Caesar salad. The sauce is sort of thin, but poured over the chops it gave just the right amount of moisture and flavor! We even ended up dipping pieces of the pork chops into the bowl of remaining sauce. I will add that instead of cayenne pepper, we used chili powder, simply because we couldn't find any at the local market. I also added crushed red pepper to add spice. Although my family and I do enjoy a nice spicy dish, I can see how someone who does not, may not enjoy the sauce as much. Either way, I stumbled upon this website just today and this was my first meal pick. My hubby and I loved it and this will definitely be a part of our list of favorite quick and tasty meals! :)

it was delicious! i cut up the pork chops into cubes then cooked it all covered with foil for 30 min. took it out, took the foil off, topped with cheese, then cooked uncovered for the remainder. it's cooked through and tastes so good!

I found this recipe a bit dry, I will try it again with a little twist by adding something to add a little more taste to the dish. Otherwise, it wasn't too bad.

@Floyd- Let me see if I can help you out! First, there are two different 'views' of the recipes. If you view recipes from the main dashboard, then they include a print button. If you are viewing the recipe from your email you will see a different view that does not include a print button. Here is the link to this recipe that includes a print button (http://foodonthetable.com/site/app#recipes/229041). Another tip is that Food on the Table works better using Chrome or Firefox, so try using one of these browsers to use the basic ctrl+p function or the print button in the browser's tool bar. And as Jim suggested, you could also just copy and past this and any recipe into a word document and print from there. Hope this helps! Thank you for your patience as we continue working on making this a better experience.

@Anonymous! As Tim stated, chicken breasts vs chicken thighs is really personal preference. Some people only prefer the dark meat of chicken thighs while others prefer only white meat. I would suggest if making these using chicken breasts to cook cook the chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes per side and then reduce the simmering time to about 12 minutes or until the chicken breasts are cooked through.
