My spouse loved it - enjoyed the slight tanginess of the capers and lemon juice. Gave it 4 out of 5 stars :). I didn't enjoy it as much - gave it 3 out of 5 stars. Taste is subjective LOL :). It was quick and very easy to prepare.

Lots of new things to try... Have you tried anything along these lines? http://www.foodonthetable.com/recipes/4455-pecan-crusted-chicken-breasts The pecan crust is really nice, and it's great with some mashed sweet potatoes and green beans or spinach on the side.
