Can frozen meat be cooked in the crock-pot? I know this was possible with a pressure cooker, but I don't know how it translates to a crock-pot;. Thanks!

I use frozen meats all the time and have never had a problem with that.

Made these with bargain-priced pork chops instead of lamb and they were GREAT. Very tender and perfectly seasoned. This is a new go-to recipe for us.

@Anna, originally this recipe was for use with wine. I actually prefer it! You could also substitute chicken or beef stock.

This one took longer than it says. Make sure you cook the chops a little longer than 5 minutes on each side.

Hi Anonymous. Lamb chops are like steak and can be cooked to your desired temperature. If broiled for 5 minutes on each side you should achieve a medium-rare lamb chop. However, just like steak, if you prefer a medium to medium-well steak you should plan on cooking them for 7-8 minutes per side.
