@Anonymous- Are you asking if you can use chicken broth instead of the chicken bullion and water? If so, the answer is yes, and you will just omit the bullion and substitute the broth for the amount of water listed in the recipe which is 3 cups.

Calls for WAY too much cream cheese. I would only use 2oz or maybe substitute for sour cream as (also way less of it) as suggested above. Other than that aspect it was yummy.

This was my first time cooking squash and it came out kinda grainy was that because I didn't peel it well enough?

Made this tonight. It was good but not fantastic. It turned out a little bland to me. I ll make it again, but I ll add some seasonings to help really 'up' the flavor. What I like best about this dish are nice mix of vegetables.

I am the queen of modifying and simplifying recipes. After reading some comments on here I removed the bell pepper, used more butter and completely bi passed the blender. I just tore the spinach and heated with butter onion and garlic is a skillet then added to to the lightly mashed potatoes with sour cream and cheese. The whole family loved this and it was quick and easy.

I also didn't use the tomatoes
