Ingredients
- 1/2 (cup) dijon style mustard
- 1/4 (cup) soy sauce (wheat free tamari for gluten free)
- 2 (tablespoon) olive oil
- 1/2 (teaspoon) ground ginger
- 4 (clove) garlic, finely chopped
- 8 chicken thighs
Directions
- Combine the mustard, soy sauce, oil, ginger and garlic in large bowl. Add chicken and let stand 1 hour covered. Place chicken thighs in large pan and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
