These were great - and not too spicy for my family. My favorite part was the short prep time.

I loved this! My husband is not a pork person, but even he found them tender and juicy. The spice was just right, too! I complimented it with the Strawberry Salad from here, and it was a cooling compliment to spicy chops.

Absolutely a fantastic meal. Used our filet migon from our own beef that we put up in the freezer. It was spicy and tender. Perfect!

Excellent recipe. I am not the best cook and my husband loved it. My kids would not eat it but then again they do not like porkchops (I think because of the texture). Anyway, I did not have paprika and I tripled the ingredients because I did not use 4 thin porkchops like the recipe called for. I used 3 thick kinda like pork steaks. So I had to cook a little longer until they were not pink. My husband said these porkchops had great flavor. We cooked frozen butter beans with this along with corn on the cob and mashed potatoes. I will definitely fix these porkchops again.
