Ingredients

  • 3 (tablespoon) lemon juice
  • 3 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 (teaspoon) olive oil
  • 1 (teaspoon) fresh mint leaves
  • 8 lamb chops, 2 ounces each, trimmed of all fat

Directions

  1. Combine lemon juice, garlic, oil and mint. Marinate chops in oil mixture for 30 minutes. Transfer from marinade to broiler pan and cook, basting with marinade, to desired doneness.
