Ingredients

  • 1 (28.0 ounce can) chow mein vegetables, drained
  • 1 (4.0 ounce can) sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 (4.0 ounce can) sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 2 (10.5 ounce can) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10.5 ounce can) cream of mushroom soup

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in crockpot, stir once and heat on low for 4 hours. Serve over rice or chow mein noodles and season with soy sauce to taste.
