Ingredients
- 4 T-bone steaks
- 1 (cup) teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 (cup) sherry wine
Directions
- Mix together teriyaki sauce and sherry. Marinate steaks for 20 minutes.
- Cook steaks under the oven broiler or over a grill, until steaks reach desired doneness. Cook about 4 minutes a side to reach medium rare.
- For medium-rare, a meat thermometer should read 145 degrees F (63 degrees C); medium 160 degrees F (71 degrees C); well-done, 170 degrees F (77 degrees C). Let steaks stand for 2 minutes.
