Ingredients
- 3/4 (cup) vegetable oil
- 1/3 (cup) soy sauce
- 3 (tablespoon) honey
- 3 (tablespoon) red wine vinegar
- 2 (teaspoon) ground ginger
- 1 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2.0 (pound) london broil
Directions
- Combine first 7 ingredients. Place meat in large freezer bag and add marinade. Refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat grill to high heat, oil grate to prevent sticking. Remove steak from marinade, discard remaining marinade. Grill steak to desired doneness, 4 to 5 minutes per side for rare; 7 to 8 minutes for medium (depending on thickness). Slice into thin strips across grain and serve.
