Ingredients

  • 3/4 (cup) vegetable oil
  • 1/3 (cup) soy sauce
  • 3 (tablespoon) honey
  • 3 (tablespoon) red wine vinegar
  • 2 (teaspoon) ground ginger
  • 1 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 2.0 (pound) london broil

Directions

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients. Place meat in large freezer bag and add marinade. Refrigerate overnight.
  2. Preheat grill to high heat, oil grate to prevent sticking. Remove steak from marinade, discard remaining marinade. Grill steak to desired doneness, 4 to 5 minutes per side for rare; 7 to 8 minutes for medium (depending on thickness). Slice into thin strips across grain and serve.
