Ingredients
- 1/3 (cup) chopped onion
- 1 (bratwurst) bratwurst, cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 1/2 (pound) fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 (cup) meatless pasta sauce
- 1/4 (cup) Gouda cheese, shredded
- 2 (cup) cooked white rice
Directions
- In a large skillet, cook onion and 1 Tbsp. butter over medium heat until translucent. In the same skillet, saute the bratwurst, mushrooms for 3-4 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Stir in spaghetti sauce.
- Cover and cook for 4-6 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve with rice. Yield: 4 servings.
