We enjoyed this, but found that a larger dish may have worked better. We were unable to get the amount of meat in the recipe, into a single layer, as the recipe said.

I just adjusted the time to get the potatoes done, no biggie. Awesome flavor though. I even added a layer of sliced mushrooms before the soup.

Took longer--I think it was because of our thick cube steak. I bumped the temp up to 425. Total time for us was 45 mins (last 10 mins on 425) I think I want to add a bit or Worcestershire Sauce to the soup and I did add a bit of granulated garlic to the meat prior to the onions and potatoes. Otherwise, we liked it.

I had to adjust the time by quite a lot. The size pan suggested was too small. This recipe was not written properly.
