Ingredients

  • 8 (ounce) uncooked angel hair pasta
  • 1/2 (cup) all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 (teaspoon) salt
  • 1/4 (teaspoon) black pepper
  • 1 (pound) shrimp
  • 3 (tablespoon) butter
  • 1/2 (cup) prepared pesto

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large resealable plastic bag, combine the flour, salt and pepper; add shrimp and shake to coat.
  2. In a large skillet, cook shrimp in butter for 2-1/2 to 3 minutes on each side or until opaque. Drain pasta; toss with pesto. Top with shrimp.

    Great dish. Really easy to fix. My husband loved it. We also ate the pasta with the pan seared salmon and capers and also very good!
