Ingredients
- 8 (ounce) uncooked angel hair pasta
- 1/2 (cup) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 (teaspoon) salt
- 1/4 (teaspoon) black pepper
- 1 (pound) shrimp
- 3 (tablespoon) butter
- 1/2 (cup) prepared pesto
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large resealable plastic bag, combine the flour, salt and pepper; add shrimp and shake to coat.
- In a large skillet, cook shrimp in butter for 2-1/2 to 3 minutes on each side or until opaque. Drain pasta; toss with pesto. Top with shrimp.
