Ingredients

  • 4 (6 ounce fillet) salmon fillet
  • 4 (teaspoon) butter
  • 2 (teaspoon) lemon pepper seasoning
  • 4 (ounce) white wine

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spread butter over each salmon filet. Sprinkle lemon pepper on top. Place in shallow oven-proof-safe dish. Add white wine to dish. Poach in oven 7-8 minutes until fish flakes easily with fork. Serve.

    1st time trying to cook salmon so probably mt fault but recipe said poach 7-8 minutes. i cooked for 9min and it was way undercooked...put it back in the oven for an additional 10 min
