Poached Lemon-Pepper SalmonAdd to Cookbook original
- 4 (6 ounce fillet) salmon fillet
- 4 (teaspoon) butter
- 2 (teaspoon) lemon pepper seasoning
- 4 (ounce) white wine
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spread butter over each salmon filet. Sprinkle lemon pepper on top. Place in shallow oven-proof-safe dish. Add white wine to dish. Poach in oven 7-8 minutes until fish flakes easily with fork. Serve.
