Ingredients
- 4 skinless chicken leg quarters
- 1 (cup) bbq sauce
- 1 1/2 (teaspoon) southwestern seasoning
- 1 (teaspoon) each salt and pepper
- 1 (teaspoon) chicken fajita seasoning
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Marinate leg quarters in all ingredients for 15 minutes.
- Place a sheet of foil on a cookie sheet, and wrap leg quarters in foil. Seal it up tight to make sure there are no openings.
- Bake for 45 minutes. When done spoon remaining sauce over chicken till glaze appears, then serve.
