Very good, but only with a lot less salt than called for. Next time I will not add any actual salt, but just use what is in my meat tenderizer and soy sauce.

I am editing this recipe to reduce the salt. @Anonymous, reduced sodium soy sauce is a good suggestion.

I sprinkled the meat tenderizer on the meat instead of mixing it into the sauce. The meat turned out very tender and the dish wasn't at all salty.

I stuck my beef and seasonings in the crock pot. That's my go to when it comes to tenderizing meat. Substituted mushrooms instead of broccoli because I don't tolerate it well. Tasted great.

@Heather and @Anonymous, I'm sorry you didn't like the end result of this recipe. It was uploaded by a Food on the Table user and is not a chef curated recipe. However, it is a good jumping off point for beef with broccoli stir fry! I suggest that you add 1/2-1 teaspoon of crushed chili flakes, increase the garlic to 3 cloves, increase the soy sauce to 4 tablespoons and add sliced green onions. I would also add a can of sliced water chestnuts for crunch.
