- 4 (5-6 ounce) pork shoulder steaks
- 1 (package) onion soup mix
- 2 (10.5 ounce can) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 (cup) water
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Put pork steaks in an oven-proof casserole dish. Add water and onion soup mix. Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 1/2 hour. Add mushroom soup; mix well. Put back in oven for another 15 minutes or until cooked through. Serve.
