Ingredients

  • 4 (5-6 ounce) pork shoulder steaks
  • 1 (package) onion soup mix
  • 2 (10.5 ounce can) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 (cup) water

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Put pork steaks in an oven-proof casserole dish. Add water and onion soup mix. Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 1/2 hour. Add mushroom soup; mix well. Put back in oven for another 15 minutes or until cooked through. Serve.

    This was good and easy to make. For me and my family's taste, though, I will use only 1/2 packet of the onion soup mix the next time I make it.

    This recipe should say CONDENSED mushroom soup. I bought Progresso's regular mushroom soup. UGH!!!

    I used pork sirloin that i cooked in a skillet, then put the gravy over it, great taste.
