Ingredients

  • 1 (pound) cube steak
  • 1 (small) onion, julienned
  • 1 (medium) green bell pepper, seeded and julienned
  • 2 (tablespoon) canola oil
  • 1 (cup) pasta sauce
  • 8 (ounce) cooked egg noodles

Directions

  1. Prepare egg noodles as per package instructions. Drain and reserve. Slice cube steak into strips. Cut onion and pepper into strips (julienned). Saute meat and vegetables in oil for 5-8 minutes. Stir in spaghetti sauce and cover and simmer 10 minutes. Serve over egg noodles.
  2. NOTE: For low carb use low carb egg noodles. For gluten free, use gluten free egg noodles. Please read all ingredient labels carefully to select gluten free or low carb options.
