Really liked this! Maybe could use a sauce? Possibly cream?
    Does anyone have any suggestions?
    Will make again! :)

Hi Jennifer! Traditionally fish cakes are served with a remoulade sauce, which is just a flavored mayonnaise sauce. Here is my basic go to remoulade sauce that you can change up depending what seasonings and spices you prefer.

    Remoulade sauce:

    2 tablespoons mayonnaise
    2 tablespoons sour cream
    1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
    2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste

    Whisk everything together and serve.

Thanks Heather! I will try that next time I make them. My kids loves them. Since I found Food on the Table I have been making dinner every night with it! It's amazing the things the kids have loved. I didn't think anyone would like the spinach and feta Turkey burgers, but they were a hit!
