Salmon CakesAdd to Cookbook original
- 1 (can) salmon, drained and flaked with fork
- 1 (large) egg
- 1/2 (cup) dried bread crumbs
- (to taste) salt and black pepper
- 3 (tablespoon) canola oil
- 1 (large) lemon, cut into 4 wedges
- Mix together salmon and egg in a bowl until well combined. Season with salt and pepper. Make into patties. Place in bread crumbs to coat. Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Fry patties in oil. Serve warm with lemon wedge.
