Ingredients

  • 1 (pound) tilapia fillets
  • 1/4 (cup) parmesan chesse
  • 1/2 (teaspoon) dried basil
  • 2/3 (cup) panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 (teaspoon) dried oregano
  • 1/2 (teaspoon) salt
  • 1/2 (teaspoon) garlic powder
  • 1 (stick) butter

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt 1 stick butter in 9x13 pan. Mix parmesan cheese, herbs and panko in a shallow bowl. Dip fillets in butter, then crumbs, and return to pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

    I had to turn the broiler on for about 5 mins to make it nice and golden brown but other than that it was a pretty good recipe my kids loved it :-)
