Ingredients
- 1 (pound) tilapia fillets
- 1/4 (cup) parmesan chesse
- 1/2 (teaspoon) dried basil
- 2/3 (cup) panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 (teaspoon) dried oregano
- 1/2 (teaspoon) salt
- 1/2 (teaspoon) garlic powder
- 1 (stick) butter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt 1 stick butter in 9x13 pan. Mix parmesan cheese, herbs and panko in a shallow bowl. Dip fillets in butter, then crumbs, and return to pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
