Ingredients

  • 2 (pound) salmon fillets
  • (to taste) black pper
  • 1 1/2 (cup) spicy Bloody Mary mix
  • (to taste) salt

Directions

  1. Place salmon fillets in a medium baking dish, and season with salt and pepper. Pour spicy bloody mary mix over the fillets. Cover, and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the broiler.
  3. Broil approximately 7 minutes, until fish is easily flaked with a fork and surface is lightly browned.

    Delicious! I removed the skin from my salmon and needed to broil about 5 on BOTH sides as the under side was still raw after initial time suggested in recipe. After broiling each it was awesome. I also sprinkled with a little lemon before serving. Side was roasted veggie medley, just a simple EVOO salt and pepper toss and in the oven for 30 mins at 400. Perfect healthy and yummy meal!!
