Ingredients
- 1 (20.0 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce
- 2 (cup) water
- 1 (small) onion, chopped
- 1 (tablespoon) Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (tablespoon) apple cider vinegar
- 3 (pound) country style pork spare ribs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
- Mix first 5 ingredients together and set aside.
- Spread 3 pounds country style spare ribs on baking sheet, season with salt and pepper.
- Cook ribs in 500 degree oven for 30 minutes.
- Place partially cooked ribs in crock-pot. Pour sauce mixture over ribs. Cook on high for 2 hours, or low for 6 hours.
