Ingredients
- 1 (2 1/2 pound) pork or beef tenderloin roast
- 1 (medium) onion, sliced
- 3 (cup) water
- 1 1/2 (cup) barbeque sauce
Directions
- Place meat, water and onion in crock pot. Cook on high for 4 to 6 hours or on low for 8 to 9 hours. Drain water. Add barbeque sauce and cook on low for another hour.
