Hi Anonymous! You could serve this over some mashed potatoes with a side green salad or steamed broccoli or asparagus. Or to make things easier, throw in some baby carrots and diced potatoes when you add everything to the crock-pot and add some fresh mushrooms during the last hour of cooking. For your convenience here are some links to a few side dish recipes from the Food on the Table site: Mashed Potatoes With Cheddar And Spinach (http://www.foodonthetable.com/recipes/346204-mashed-potatoes-with-cheddar-and-spinach) OR Twice Baked Microwave Smashed Potatoes (http://www.foodonthetable.com/recipes/344670-twice-baked-microwave-smashed-potatoes) OR Basic Salad (http://www.foodonthetable.com/recipes/353499-basic-salad) OR Italian Salad (http://www.foodonthetable.com/recipes/353260-italian-salad)
