Ingredients
- 2 1/2 (pound) chuck roast
- 2 (10.75 ounce can) french onion soup
- 1 1/2 (cup) beer
- 2 beef boullion
- 2 (tablespoon) flour
- 1/2 (teaspoon) each salt and pepper
- 1 (tablespoon) cooking oil
Directions
- Dust roast with flour and season with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat oil and brown roast on all sides over medium high heat. Place browned roast in crockpot and add all remaining ingredients. Cook on low 7-8 hours.
