Ingredients
- 3 (pound) beef chuck roast
- 3 russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1" pieces
- 2 large carrots, peeled and cut into 1" pieces
- 1/2 (cup) water
- 1 (1.0 ounce envelope) onion soup mix
Directions
- Put all vegetables in bottom of crock pot and place meat on top. Sprinkle with onion soup mix and add water. Cook on low for 10-12 hours, or on high for 5-6 hours.
