Ingredients
- 1 1 arugala
- 1 1 medium red onion, sliced
- 1 1 (pint) pint fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 (tablespoon) 2 (tablespoon) honey
- 1/3 (cup) 1/3 (cup) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 (tablespoon) 2 (tablespoon) Balsamic Vinegar
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix the romaine lettuce, red onion, strawberries, and mandarin oranges.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, honey and olive oil. Pour over the lettuce mixture, and toss to coat.
