Ingredients

  • 1 (cup) 1 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal
  • 1/4 (teaspoon) 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 (teaspoon) 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 (tablespoon) 1 tablespoon Splenda
  • 1 (tablespoon) 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 2 2 eggs
  • 2 (tablespoon) 2 tablespoons Bob's Red Mill Ground Flax Seed Meal
  • 1 (teaspoon) 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 (tablespoon) 2 tablespoons unsalted sweet cream butter
  • 1/2 (cup) 1/2 cup Hungry Jack Sugar Free Syrup

Directions

  1. Makes 4 waffles.
  2. Mix dry ingredients, add wet ingredients. Pour into a waffle iron and cook until golden brown. Top with 1 tablespoon butter and 1/4 c. syrup.

    I actually haven't tried it as pancakes, but I would imagine it would. Let me know if you try it.
