Ingredients
- 1 (pound) 1 (pound) chicken tenders
- 1 (teaspoon) 1 (teaspoon) ground ginger
- 1/2 (cup) 1/2 (cup) honey
- 1/2 (cup) 1/2 (cup) creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 (teaspoon) 1/2 (teaspoon) cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1/2 (cup) 1/2 (cup) green onions, chopped (optional)
Directions
- Heat oil in large skillet over high heat and cook chicken until it is no longer pink, about 3-5 minutes. Reduce heat to low and add ginger, honey, peanut butter and cayenne pepper. Cook, stirring frequently, until sauce is bubbly and warm, 3-4 minutes. Serve topped with green onions.
