Ingredients

  • 2 (pound) 2 lb. ground beef
  • 4 (tablespoon) 4 tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 2 2 pkg taco seasoning
  • 3/4 3/4 and 3/4 cup water
  • 16 (ounce) 16 oz. can of crescent rolls
  • 2 (cup) 2 cup shredded cheese and cheddar cheese
  • 6 (cup) 6 cups chopped lettuce
  • 2 2 small diced tomato
  • 12 (tablespoon) 12 tbsp italian dressing

Directions

  1. preheat over 350 degrees. brown ground beef and add green pepper. stir in seasoning mix and water. simmer while preparing crust. separate dough into 4 rectangles. place 2 rectangles on bottom of pan press over bottom and one inch up the sides of the jpan. spread hot meat mixture over dough, use remaining dough triangles in corners, sprinkle cheese.bake 20 min. or until crescent rolls are cooked
  2. top with lettuce more shredded cheese, tomatos and italian dressing as desired

    I think this would have been better if I'd halved the beef or doubled the crescent rolls. But overall very tasty.
