Ingredients
- 3/4 (cup) 3/4 cup spaghetti squash
- 1/4 (cup) 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 (cup) 1/2 cup chopped Bell pepper
- 2.5 (ounce) 2.5 oz lean ground beef
- 2 (ounce) 2 oz moderate fat cheese
- 2 (tablespoon) 2 tbsp low carb spaghetti sauce
Directions
- Combine cooked spaghetti squash, mushrooms, bell pepper, ground beef, spaghetti sauce, 1 oz of cheese and mix well. Put in small baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1 oz of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes
