A bit on the bland side - kids loved it, husband thought it was okay. Maybe I'll do a little more with seasoning the chicken next time.

@Lisa, I suggest that you season the chicken with salt, onion powder, garlic powder and pepper for more flavor.

I don't have course mustard, all I have is yellow mustard. Think that will work?

Quick and easy to make. Kids and husband liked. I used 1/2 slice of bacon on each chicken tender to reduce the amount of sodium and fat. I'll make this again.

This was great! Kids and hubby loved it. I used the garlic powder, onion powder and pepper preparation Chef Leslie suggested, and even the super-picky 8-year-old asked for seconds. Great honey mustard sauce too!

I enjoyed this recipe. I will use larger pieces of chicken next time so they will be juicier.

Really good, but as others have stated the chicken could use more kick.

@Anonymous, you can amp up the flavor on this by marinating it in Italian dressing or season the fish with more herbs, such as marjoram, terragon, or thyme. Also, you can add garlic powder or onion powder to the chicken.
