Ingredients
- 1 (teaspoon) each salt & pepper,
- 4 (8.0 ounce) chicken breasts, bone in
- 4 (teaspoon) cooking oil
Directions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Preheat grill for medium heat.
- Lightly oil grill grate and place chicken on grill. Cook chicken at least 5 minutes per side or until cooked through. An instant read thermometer should read 155 degrees F. It will carry over cook to 160 degrees.
- Note: Do not overcook as this will make the chicken dry.
