Ingredients

  • 1 (teaspoon) each salt & pepper,
  • 4 (8.0 ounce) chicken breasts, bone in
  • 4 (teaspoon) cooking oil

Directions

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Preheat grill for medium heat.
  3. Lightly oil grill grate and place chicken on grill. Cook chicken at least 5 minutes per side or until cooked through. An instant read thermometer should read 155 degrees F. It will carry over cook to 160 degrees.
  4. Note: Do not overcook as this will make the chicken dry.
