Ingredients

  • 2 (pound) small red potatoes, quartered
  • 1/4 (cup) vegetable oil
  • 1 (package) Ranch Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix

Directions

  1. Place potatoes in a gallon-size food storage bag and add oil; seal bag. Toss to coat. Add salad dressing mix and toss again until coated. Bake in ungreased baking pan at 450°F for 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are brown and crisp.

    The recipe says use an ungreased pan, but I would definitely use some no-stick cooking spray if I made this again. The oil burned ALL OVER my pan. The potatoes burned some too, so I would also shorten the cook time by about 5 minutes. That said, they did taste good.

    Easy and yummy. I turned on the broiler at the end of baking for just a few, and also dusted with sea salt.
