Ingredients
- 2 (tablespoon) 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/3 (cup) red wine vinegar
- 3/4 (cup) ¾ cup olive oil
- mixed greens
Directions
- To make dressing, add mustard and vinegar in a small bowl or mini food processor. Whisk in olive oil a little at a time or drizzle in food processor while on high until emulsified. Use immediately or if storing for later use, whisk just before using. Drizzle over lettuce.
