Fabulous and easy! Also easy to change the amount (we used a 2 pound brisket) and the specifics (like corn instead of flour tortillas, no salsa).

Fat and sodium are REALLY high, but serving size seems off. That works out to more than a pound per person

I am positive this fat issue is due to the bbq sauce - salt lick bbq sauce is AMAZING but has like 15 grams per 2 tablespoons or something and i am not kidding!!!! Its all fat! Most are not that bad I think.

Hi Debbie. I'm sorry for your frustration with our nutrition data. Please note the disclosure statement listed above the nutritional data, which reads: "This nutrition information is an estimate only. We use software to calculate the nutritional analysis from the individual ingredients in each recipe. While we do our best to ensure accuracy, we make no representation or warranty regarding the information, and there can be no assurance that any of the information contained therein has not been, or will not be changed or altered. " If our nutritional information is off on certain recipes, please feel free to do a quick Internet search for websites that provide nutritional data calculators. These will allow you to plug in recipes or ingredients and will calculate the nutritional information for you. This data will vary slightly depending on the brands you are using or the calculating software. Thank you for your patience as we continue working on making this a better experience.

Heather, can you not provide the brands which this data is based on?

@Anonymous- Since most of our recipes do not call for specific brands, the nutritional data software we use, base it's calculations on the general nutritional information for each ingredient. This is why we list a disclosure statement. While some other nutritional data calculators have the option to select specific brands, the most accurate source of a specific brand's nutritional information is on the product label or company website. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
