Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers, very thinly sliced
- 2 (tablespoon) vinegar or lemon juice
- 2 (tablespoon) low-fat sour cream or yogurt
- 1/8 (teaspoon) each salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 (teaspoon) sugar
- 1 (teaspoon) fresh dill, chopped
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a closed bowl except cucumber and give a shake.
- Add to cucumbers, chill until cold and serve.
