Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1 small onion, chopped fine
  • 1 (tablespoon) fresh mint, chopped
  • 1/4 (cup) white vinegar
  • 1 (teaspoon) sugar
  • 1/2 (teaspoon) salt
  • 1 (pint) strawberries, washed and sliced

Directions

  1. Peel cucumber and chop into 1/4-inch cubes. Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix. Serve at room temperature.
