@Meagan- I love your suggestion to use this salad as a light dessert! I think that it would also be a tasty option for breakfast or an afternoon snack.
No clue. Plus nutritional info really depends on what brand you use, if you make it yourself, ect. the calories should be pretty good on this. If you want to cut them down make sure to use a real raw honey. Make sure your yogurt isnt loaded with sugar. Wallaby is a good brand of yogurt.

However, if you do a quick internet search you will find a number of websites that provide nutritional data calculators that will allow you to plug in recipes or ingredients and will calculate the nutritional information for you. A rough estimate of the nutritional data for this recipe would be approximately 75 calories 17 carbs 1g fat and 2g protein; per serving. This data will vary slightly depending on the brand yogurt you are using, size of apple, etc..
