Ingredients

  • 1 (cup) Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 (cup) Celery (diced)
  • 1/4 (cup) Onion (chopped)
  • 3 Eggs (hard boiled and chopped)
  • 4 (cup) Potatoes (cubed and cooked)
  • 1 (tablespoon) Mustard
  • 1 (teaspoon) Salt
  • 1 (tablespoon) Pepper

Directions

  1. Cook cubed potatoes and drain.
  2. Let potatoes cool for a few minutes while you chop and dice ingredients.
  3. Combine all ingredients and chill until ready to serve.
