Ingredients
- 4 baking potatoes
- 1/4 (cup) cup milk
- 1/2 (cup) salsa
- 1 (10.75 ounce can) cheddar cheese soup (condensed)
Directions
- Poke the potatoes a few times with a fork and cook on high for 5-10 minutes in the microwave, until soft. Carefully remove potatoes from microwave and slice the potatoes into 1/4 inch slices. Set aside. Heat the soup, salsa and milk in skillet. Add potatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until heated through.
