Ingredients

  • 4 baking potatoes
  • 1/4 (cup) cup milk
  • 1/2 (cup) salsa
  • 1 (10.75 ounce can) cheddar cheese soup (condensed)

Directions

  1. Poke the potatoes a few times with a fork and cook on high for 5-10 minutes in the microwave, until soft. Carefully remove potatoes from microwave and slice the potatoes into 1/4 inch slices. Set aside. Heat the soup, salsa and milk in skillet. Add potatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until heated through.

    This is the first recipe I've tried here that was just OK. I wasn't sure you could go wrong with cheese and potatoes, but this wasn't great. I purchased enough to make two batches, but I think we may have a baked potato bar with the other potatoes.
