Ingredients

  • 4 (tablespoon) extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 (teaspoon) dried oregano
  • 1/2 (teaspoon) dried basil
  • 1 (pound) fresh mozzarella, sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • 2 (pound) tomatoes, 4 large sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • 1/4 (teaspoon) each salt and black pepper

Directions

  1. On a large platter arrange tomato and mozzarella slices, alternating and overlapping them
  2. Sprinkle salad with oregano and basil and drizzle with oil.
  3. Season salad with salt and pepper
